Badger Meter builds long-term value for its investors, employees and customers by providing flow management solutions that encourage responsible use of sustainable resources that drive customer success.

Vision Statement

Badger Meter will achieve profitable sales growth by focusing on the global flow measurement markets in two ways:

Maintaining its leadership position in the North American water meter market.

Growing sales in new flow applications and markets through sales channel expansions, new product development and strategic acquisitions.

Guiding Principles

Badger Meter has and will always operate under three basic, worldwide guiding principles:  ethical conduct, respect for all people and managing for the long-term.

Financial Strength

Badger Meter has enjoyed strong financial results over the last decade.  While the global manufacturing and commerce community has experienced an economic recession unparalleled since the Great Depression, Badger Meter has maintained a strong financial position, consistently achieving earnings growth and increasing dividends.

Future Outlook

Badger Meter’s commitment to improvement and innovation starts with the company’s mission to provide its customers with flow management solutions that encourage conservation, manage valuable resources and maximize customer revenues. That commitment is built into each product and service offered to our customers.

With its strong financial position and market share, Badger Meter has taken steps to strengthen its portfolio through acquisitions. Badger Meter purchased Cox Flow Measurement, Scottsdale, Arizona, in April 2010; Remag, A.G., Berne, Switzerland, in January 2011; Racine Federated, Racine, Wisconsin in February 2012; Aquacue, Los Gatos, California in April 2013; and National Meter and Automation, Inc., Centennial, Colorado in October 2014. Badger Meter invested in American Micro Detection Systems, Inc. (AMDS), Stockton, California, in July 2010. Strategic actions like these will continue to solidify Badger Meter’s dominance in the global flow landscape.
